Agreement
These terms are between you and Digital by Default AI Ltd for use of Dottie. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Dottie provides AI-powered voice agents (browser and phone) and related lead-handling tools. Features depend on your plan. We may update the service with reasonable notice for material changes.
Chat AI agents are not offered. Legacy chat/widget interfaces may be disabled without restoring chat as a product.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for content configured in your voice agents. Do not use Dottie for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
You must have a lawful basis to process caller and end-user data through Dottie and, where required, provide privacy notices and call-recording notices to callers.
You must not use Dottie for prohibited AI practices under the EU AI Act (for example social scoring or unlawful emotion recognition), or for high-risk use cases (such as employment screening or creditworthiness) without a separate written agreement and compliance assessment.

Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
AI outputs
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You remain responsible for reviewing high-value enquiries and compliance in your industry.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
