Subprocessors

Third parties that process data on our behalf (voice platform).

Current subprocessors

Neon — PostgreSQL database (hosting region depends on deployment; ask privacy@dottie.cloud for current region). Transfer: SCCs/IDTA as applicable.

Vercel — application hosting, edge delivery, private blob storage for call recordings. Locations: global edge; primary app region as configured.

Clerk — authentication and organisation management. Transfer tools: vendor SCCs / published transfer mechanisms.

Stripe — subscription billing and invoicing (payment card data processed by Stripe as independent controller/processor under Stripe terms).

Twilio — telephony and messaging where enabled (call audio may transit Twilio networks).

Railway — voice gateway runtime where deployed.

xAI — realtime voice AI, speech-to-text, model inference, optional custom voice cloning. Processing may occur in the United States subject to xAI terms and transfer safeguards.

Upstash — rate limiting and caching where configured.

Transfer mechanisms

We rely on adequacy decisions where available, otherwise EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum as appropriate to the transfer.

Customers may request a current transfer summary by emailing privacy@dottie.cloud.
